2. Services Offered

pH.Ai offers two types of services:

pH.Ai Prompts Membership — a monthly digital subscription ($10/month) providing access to an AI prompt library for content creation.
AI Content Production — a custom service for brands and individuals. Terms for this service are agreed upon individually prior to commencement of work.

3. Membership — Prompts Subscription

By subscribing to pH.Ai Prompts, you agree to the following:

The subscription is billed monthly at $10 USD via Gumroad.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
No refunds are issued for charges already made. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
The library is for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
New prompts are added regularly. Content may be updated or changed over time.

4. AI Content Production Service

This service requires direct contact and a custom agreement before work begins.
Once payment is made and work has begun, no refunds will be issued.
Scope, timeline, and deliverables are agreed upon individually in writing.

5. Digital Content & Intellectual Property

All prompts, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Linoy Winer / pH.Ai. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

AI-generated images produced using our prompts may be used by members for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the terms of the AI platform used (Higgsfield / Nano Banana Pro).

6. Disclaimer

AI technology is continuously evolving. Results may vary based on the reference images used, platform updates, and individual usage. pH.Ai does not guarantee specific outcomes from the use of prompts.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Israel.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. Here's how we handle your data.

1. Data Controller

Email address — collected when you purchase a membership, used to grant access to the prompt library.
Password — stored securely in our database (Supabase) to authenticate your access.
Payment data — handled entirely by Gumroad. We do not store or process credit card details.

3. How We Use Your Data

To provide and manage your access to the prompt library.
To communicate with you regarding your membership (if needed).
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage

Member data (email and password) is stored securely via Supabase, a cloud database provider. Data is stored on servers in compliance with industry-standard security practices.

5. Third-Party Services

Gumroad — payment processing. Their privacy policy applies to payment data.
Netlify — website hosting.
Google Fonts — font delivery.

6. Your Rights (GDPR & Israeli Privacy Law)

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction or deletion of your data.
Object to processing of your data.

7. Cookies
